WE ACCEPT APPLE PAY, PAYPAL AND ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS (MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER).  PAYMENT IS PROCESSED THROUGH A THIRD PARTY (SHOPIFY VIA STRIPE).

 

 

RETURNS

WE ARE HAPPY TO ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DATE OF DELIVERY. ITEMS MUST BE POST-MARKED WITHIN THE 15 DAY WINDOW IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND. ITEM(S) MUST NOT BE WORN, WASHED, ALTERED OR USED, AND MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE RECEIVED. WE RECOMMEND YOU MAKE USE OF OUR CRAFT MAILER BOX FOR YOUR RETURNS.

MERCHANDISE THAT APPEARS TO BE WORN AND/OR WASHED AND NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL/SELLABLE CONDITION MAY RESULT IN A DELAYED REFUND, OR MAY NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND. IN THESE CASES, THE ITEM(S) WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. CERTAIN ITEMS ARE MARKED AS NOT REFUNDABLE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS (IE. GIFT CARDS, GIFTS WITH PURCHASE). SETS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PARTIAL EXCHANGE OR RETURN.

UPON ARRIVAL, RETURN PACKAGES ARE INSPECTED AND REVIEWED. WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM(S). IF THE RETURNED ITEM(S) ARE DETERMINED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED. PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM DATE OR PURCHASE FOR ORDER(S) TO BE DISPATCHED. ONCE ORDER IS RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT. WE WILL PROVIDE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH TRACKING INFORMATION ONCE YOUR ORDER IS DISPATCHED.

PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM DATE OF SHIPMENT FOR ORDERS TO BE DELIVERED.

ALL ORIGINAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED IN OUR CUSTOM GIFT BOXES, WHICH DO NOT HAVE TO BE RETURNED AND IS OUR GIFT TO YOU. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO REUSE THESE FOR STORING LITTLE ITEMS OR RE-GIFTING TO FRIENDS.

SHIPPING RATES ARE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT BASED ON YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS. EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.  PLEASE NOTE THAT EXPEDITED SHIPPING APPLIES ONLY TO THE TRANSIT TIME.  TIME REQUIRED TO PREPARE YOUR ORDER FOR SHIPMENT CANNOT BE EXPEDITED. ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS OR UPS AT THIS TIME.
